Itinerary

Day 1: Paris

After breakfast travel to Paris by high speed train TGV. Paris, the world’s most popular city destination, has plenty of must-see places but make sure you spend at least a day strolling off the beaten path, as this is the only way to discover the real Paris: a lively cosmopolitan but undeniably French city.

In evening see Paris is enchanting by night, so take this comprehensive four-hour tour to experience the magic first-hand and discover why Paris is known as the “City of Light”. You’ll visit the illuminated Eiffel Tower, take a one-hour evening cruise on the Seine River and tour Paris’ floodlit monuments at night.

You’ll have unbeatable views of Paris at night from the Eiffel Tower, and again from the Seine River as you pass under the famous bridges of Paris. Then as you tour Paris’ tree-lined boulevards in the comfort of your air-conditioned motor coach, you’ll see the famous sights of Paris lit up for the night, including Concorde and Vendome Squares, Opera and the Champs-Elysees.

Day 2Paris

Discover Disneyland Resort, a Magical Kingdom not so far away – somewhere between a place where you wish upon a star and dreams come true, and classic Disney heroes and heroines live once upon a time in fairytales that are, happily, never ending.
Explore Disneyland Park and travel freely through the Kingdom of Entertainment and its 5 famous lands in Disneyland Paris:

• MAIN STREET, USA: a reminder of bygone America at the turn-of-the-century
• ADVENTURELAND: the country of adventure where all is possible and exoticism is guaranteed
• FANTASYLAND: the wonderful land of fairy tales and child dreams

• DISCOVERYLAND: to try amongst others in this futuristic land the newest attraction: “Honey, I Shrunk the Audience!”

Day 3Paris

Day to enjoy the tour which is the easiest way to get around Paris and see all the sights. Get a bird’s eye view of the cobbled streets of the Left Bank, the Napoleonic splendor of the Ecole Militaire and the structure they thought wouldn’t last more than a few years – the Eiffel Tower! Take time out to explore the Paris you’ve been looking for: historical, romantic, fashionable, fun and shopper friendly.
You can hop on and off the tour as many times as you like aboard this open-top double-decker bus. The four tour routes are interconnected so you can easily hop between them to discover the best of Paris. Your ticket is valid on ALL routes.
Paris Grand Tour
The entire route takes 2 hours. Buses departs every 10 to 30 minutes from each stop. Highlights include Madeleine, Opera, Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Saint-Germain-des-Pres, Orsay Museum, Concorde, Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero, Eiffel Tower and Invalides.
Bastille-Bercy
The entire route takes 60 minutes. Buses departs every 30 minutes from each stop. Highlights include Notre-Dame Cathedral, Saint-Paul, Bastille, Gare de Lyon, Gare d’Austerlitz and Parc de Bercy.
Montmartre – Grands Boulevards
The entire route takes 60 minutes. Buses departs every 15 to 20 minutes from each stop. Highlights include Funiculaire de Montmartre, Gare du Nord, Gare de l’Est and Grands Boulevards.

Day 4Lucerne

Lucerne’s Lions, Lakes & Mountains
In the morning, join your Tour Director to see the covered Chapel Bridge and stirring Lion Monument. Then embark upon
an exhilarating ride by cogwheel train to the summit of Mount Pilatus. Admire the panorama of snow-capped peaks, before
descending by cable car over mountain crags and pine forests back to terra firma. There is time set aside to shop for fine
watches and delicious chocolate in Lucerne.(Buffet Breakfast)

Day 5Lucerne

Enjoy a ride in the first revolving gondola to Mount Titlis at 3020 m/10’000 ft. In Lucerne you board the LSE-train to Engelberg. There a small gondola takes you up to the Trubsee. You continue your trip by another gondola to Stand. Finally the revolving gondola takes you up to Mount Titlis. For a spectacular, close-up insight into a glacier, you visit the glacier cave and ride the Ice Flyer chairlift. Overnight in Lucerne.

Day 6Interlaken

Rail journey over the Brunig Pass to Interlaken Interlaken lies in the Bernese Oberland on an alluvial plain, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. The vacation destination, which is presided over by the three mighty mountains, Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau, is the starting point for numerous activities. Overnight in Interlaken.

Day 7Interlaken

Excursion to the Jungfraujoch – Top of europe. The Jungfrau Railway takes you up to the Jungfraujoch – at 3454 m / 11’333 ft the highest railway station in europe. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier, the longest glacier in the Alps. Overnight in Interlaken.

Day 8Zermatt

Rail journey through the wonderful Bernese Oberland to the Valais, either via the Lotschberg base tunnel directly to Visp and further to Zermatt. Or by the Lotschberger – the new air conditioned train with big windows using the traditional scenic Lotschberg line to Brig and continue your journey to Zermatt, the famous resort at the foot of the Matterhorn. Overnight in Zermatt.

Day 9Zermatt

The popular Gornergrat Bahn, europe’s highest open-air cogwheel railway, takes you up to the Gornergrat 9.339 km away. On the Gornergrat viewing platform you are surrounded by 29 peaks rising to above 4000 m. Overnight in Zermatt.

Day 10St. Moritz

Board the Glacier Express and enjoy one of the greatest rail journeys in the world. A 7½ hour rail journey takes you across 291 bridges, through 91 tunnels and across the Oberalp Pass at 2033 m to St. Moritz. Overnight in St. Moritz.

Day 11St. Moritz

Return Train transfer to Zurich / Geneva Airport.
