Our holiday in Europe was highly enriching and so would remain memorable for a long time to come.It was all arranged and well-planned & to our amazement, every time we had a question on arriving at a city or tourist site, they were always there to answer our call and email.My family had nothing but high praise for all the arrangements made, accommodation- and transportation and, for the unique choice of cities, which proved as exhilarating as they were original and not obvious to too many people.The chocolate train stood out and the most breathtaking was the ride by gondola to Jungfrau, the top of Europe – at 10,000 feet above sea level. We are a senior couple and were looking for a tour package of Paris and Switzerland. Our group had a nice time. Ms. Olivia was wonderful, dependable, and very knowledgeable, professional and took care of every detail of our trip. She was an excellent tour director. Hotels are very nice and comfortable & in the city center except for some mosquitoes. Looking forward for another trip maybe next year. Will recommend Swiss Serene to my friends.
We had an excellent time. The tour was very good & comprehensive, the hotels are comfortable with breakfast. All the hotels are close to train stations. The tour was great and we loved our tour. Disney in December was absolutely wonderful from our first day at Magic Kingdom & second days at Animal Kingdom, our family was very happy and excited and magical memories. Disney was crowded during the holiday season therefore the people moved through the lines very quickly, especially with the Fast Pass system. Our travel expert, Patrick Smith, gave us advice and helpful throughout the tour and enhance our tour. This Tour exceeded our expectations and we look forward to vacationing again with Swiss Serene
We have reached home. I have been reflecting on our tour since we landed in New York. WOW! What a trip. I want to thank you for all of your best efforts. The entire trip was a wonderful experience from Disneyland to Mount Titlis to Gondola ride in Venice. The weather was not as cooperative, but very typical of March weather so “OH NICE”. Overall it was a splendid tour. Even the places we enjoyed when we first went to Italy were renovated and enhanced greatly, and we were thrilled to witness so many new sites. Hopefully we will go again one fine day in the future

We had a wonderful trip. The itinerary was perfect. On arrival at Zurich we collected the travel documents from the Railway Counter. The lady at the counter organized the documents – hotel vouchers separated from the train vouchers- in sequence and explained all the additional tours included. She was extremely helpful. We had good weather the entire trip.
